Perfect for Family with Children
Listen, the location was unbeatable. The kids loved the pool, and I gotta say, the staff were more than accommodating, from check-in to check-out!
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but it was still acceptable for what we got.

The Deluxe King Room was spacious and had a comfy bed that made it easy to catch some good rest. The window opened, which was nice for fresh air, but the view wasn't anything special—just other buildings. The room was clean, but there was some noise from outside at times. Overall, it was a chill spot to stay for a few nights.

We had an awesome time visiting Darling Harbour and exploring the local restaurants. Our stay was made even better with the spacious and comfy King Suite. The buffet breakfast was delicious, and while the coffee wasn’t great, the overall experience was fantastic. Don't forget to check out the Cidery Bar for a laid-back meal after a long day of sightseeing.
One downside was the surprise charge for bottled water, which we assumed was complimentary. It would have been nice to have a price list in the room.

I found the check-in process a bit confusing, especially after being offered a room upgrade that landed on a lower floor than expected. The balcony overlooked other buildings, rendering it unusable. plus, the TV system lacked a user-friendly guide, and streaming options were non-existent—definitely not up to modern standards.
